Policies
Each class package contains a specified type and amount of sessions which are valid for classes in the studio.
Advanced payment of your package is required to sign up for classes online.
Classes will be held according to the times listed on the schedule. Any class with insufficient sign up (less than 3 people) is subject to cancellation. When classes are cancelled due to personal reasons of the instructor extra time will be added to your class packages.
Reservations - you can have a "Standing Reservation" for particular classes that you plan to come to on a reguar basis. To maintain these reservations, please make sure to always have an active cartisia in your account. You will be reminded when you are running low. Once your pass has expired all future reservations will be canceled.
Cancellations You can cancel with a minimum of 24 hours notice and reschedule according to availability.
Cancellations are on the online scheduler only.
Late cancellations are minused from your pass but you can still late cancel yourself online to open a spot for someone else.
Cancellations for suddness illness - If you have an emergency or sudden illness, first cancel yourself online (as close to 24 hours before class as possible) and then let me know so I can treat your situation with personal attention.
Upon reserving a place in class you are bound to the above cancellation policy.
Expiration - Group class packages are time limited as specified starting from the first visit of your package.
Unused classes can be transferred to your next same package.
Wait list - You can waitlist yourself for any full class. If a spot opens up everyone on the waitlist will receive an email notification. You must click the link in the email to confirm your spot. Once you are placed in class you are bound to the cancellation policies as detailed above.
