Class Descriptions
Pilates Equipment
This is a unique class performed on the Pilates Reformer and V2 Max Vertical Frame along with a variety of other props. The springs offer resistance and support and will help to engage the deeper muscles that stabilize your joints. The pace is moderate, yet challenging and will tone muscles, strengthen the core and provide an invigorating workout.
Maximum 5 participants.

Springs and Things
This class flows from exercise to exercise and incorporates a variety of props along with the various equipment springs for added resistance and support. You will stretch and tone all muscle groups while improving flexibility and core strength. Programming may vary from session to session to include light equipment such as, Stability Balls™, Foam Rollers™, Flex-Band® exercisers, Toning Balls™, Fitness Circle® resistance rings, Rotational Discs and BOSU® balance trainers.

Jump/TRX
A non stop class, consisting of 25-30 minutes of TRX Suspension Training and continuing on to intervals of plyrometrics using the Jumpboard and/or Cardio-Tramp™ with dynamic Pilates exercises on the Reformer. Jumping intervals are done supine (on your back), sidelying, kneeling or seated. This class is guaranteed to raise your heart rate and is a super fun full body workout you will not find anywhere else . . .
Prior Reformer experience required. Maximum 5 participants.

Group classes are intended for healthty individuals. Those with significant injuries or conditions are kindly requested to book private sessions (see below).
Private
Private sessions offer personal hands on training and are a great starting point to custom design a program for your individual needs. Privates are recommended for post rehabilitation after injury, special conditions, athletic conditioning or as an orientation/consultation for new comers. All types of equipment (Reformer, Cadillac, Stability Chair) and smaller props will be utilized as needed.
Semi Private
Specially designed for two people. A great way to receive the benefits of a private class at a fraction of the price.
Post Rehab Conditioning
Pilates is designed to prevent and rehabilitate common injuries by balancing and strengthening muscles around the joints in order to restore and maintain healthy movement patterns. Clients will begin to rehabilitate from the inside (deep stabilizing muscles) in order to regain functional strength and ease of movement.
Pilates is an effective post rehabilitation modality for a number of injuries including:
shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee, ankle, pelvis and spine.
Post Rehab Conditioning is conducted as an individually designed private class.
